Monday: Discover hiking “100 % nature
A family outing to discover the nature of the “Pays de la Meije” around La Grave, in between the Ecrins national park and the Oisans region.
These hikes are specifically designed for people curious to discover the nature in the Hautes Alpes and for families with children from 6 years and up capable of hiking. With La Meije and its glaciers in the background we embark on our journey to discover mountain nature from the village of Chazelet. We hope to see the alpine raptors in flight: vultures, eagles or hawks..We are especially happy to welcome the bearded vulture, also known as the lammergeier, back to our region! We will also have a look at the landscape shaped by the glaciers and by man, and amuse ourselves with insects and other small animals.
