Picnic for during the day
Have experience walking down a river on one’s own. Know how to swim in difficult currents and cross them if necessary. Be comfortable with 5 meter technical jumps. Be comfortable navigating a fixed rope and descending rappels.
Be capable of practicing an all day physical activity in cold water. Be in good physical condition. Regularly practice one or more sports activities. Don’t have constraining medical conditions.
