Summer and winter mountain activities in the Meije region between Ecrins and Oisans. Come and enjoy an active family holiday with the guides, leaders and instructors from the La Grave office!

From 6 years old, but also for all age groups, children or adults, we offer a range of sporting activities specially designed to be shared with families.
In the Ecrins for some, the Oisans for others, closer to La Meije, or further into the valley, come and discover the Hautes Vallées region through its sporting and mountain activities!

There are two options for reaching the Girose Glacier at the top of the La Grave – La Meije cable car. These excursions offer an opportunity to discover mountaineering and the magnificent world of glaciers via routes that are not technically difficult, in the heart of the Ecrins massif in the Hautes-Alpes.
