This 3 day climbing course will help you become more familiar with the vertical world, giving you the opportunity to practise multi-pitch climbing techniques, and to gain the independence you need to safely climb on different types of rock: granite, gneiss and limestone.
This course is for crag climbers that already have some experience of long multi-pitch routes.
This is for you if you’re looking to progress and become more independent on long multi-pitch routes. The Meije region, the Combe de Malaval and the Cerces are perfect practice areas for this course.
You’re a crag climber and you’ve already done some multi-pitch climbs.
Refresher course on climbing and safety techniques on multi-pitch routes at a local climbing site, followed by practice on a short multi-pitch route (Arsine crag in the morning and Rocher de l’Homme in the afternoon)

The programme is indicative. For the safety of the group, the professional supervising the holiday may modify it according to weather and mountain conditions and the fitness and technical level of the participants.
Climb a major route of around 10 pitches and 300m of ascent (Combe Malaval)
